What will your day-to-day life be like?

As a Manual and Automated QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our platform by designing and executing both manual and automated tests using Cypress.

Requirements

Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and ensure they are clear and complete.

Perform manual validations of developments completed during the sprint.

Conduct manual regression testing of new versions.

Design and execute automated tests using Cypress.

Maintain and enhance existing test scripts as needed.

Report any issues or errors found during automated test execution.

Collaborate with developers to reproduce errors, provide additional information, and verify solutions.

Present the results of automated tests during sprint reviews and discuss any issues or obstacles with the rest of the team.

Participate in sprint retrospectives to discuss any issues or challenges encountered during the testing process and suggest improvements.

Maintain and update test documentation as necessary to ensure accuracy and currency.

Continuously seek ways to improve the automated testing process and ensure product quality.

Additional skills will be appreciated

At least 1 year of experience in automated testing using Cypress or a similar tool.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Experience with test case management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Tuskr.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Desirable experience in stress testing and testing with native Android/iOS devices.
