Do you love digital product management and enjoy being hands-on and in the thick of things instead of just being there? Do you want to really rock something with a small team and help drive our rapidly growing love of cards forward? Then we need you! For our team, we are now looking for a Head of Product (m/f/d) full-time or part-time at our location in the heart of Munich .

YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You drive Kartenliebe’s product strategy forward at full speed and take both our physical and digital products to the next level
  • You are the owner of our online shop and our products, derive a roadmap with meaningful projects from our strategy and continuously feed it with new ideas
  • Together with your team, you rock the implementation according to Scrum or Kanban and ensure a smooth project flow and efficient processes
  • As a passionate manager, you will take over the technical and disciplinary management of our product management team and continuously build it up
  • You analyze relevant data to better understand our customers and achieve our ambitious goals
  • You work closely with our software development, marketing, graphic design and service teams to ensure that our product strategy and roadmap are aligned with our corporate goals and customer needs
  • You are in constant communication with the product management of the entire group, including MYPOSTER and JUNIQE, and at the same time always keep an eye on the competition

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in managing the product management of a digital product, ideally in e-commerce
  • You have leadership experience and are passionate about employee motivation and development
  • You have excellent communication skills and can inspire your team and the whole company with your enthusiasm and drive
  • You have a strong understanding of agile methods and UX/UI principles
  • Particularly complex projects are exactly your thing and you find it easy to break them down into comprehensible sub-steps and communicate them
  • You are an organizational talent and have excellent analytical skills and a data-oriented, customer-focused mindset
  • You are hands-on and love being close to the product in a small company
