Business Analyst / Product Owner currently seeking a new role within a thriving, fast-paced company which
shares my passion for continuous, creative change. I am looking to utilize my academic knowledge of IT
and Business Strategy, my strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to help develop streamlined solutions.
I am a self-confident and motivated individual. Being part of a team, whether through sport or in the

Grade: 2.1 Modules Inc: Business Applications, Web Programming, Principles of Computing, Programming in C. ● Developed an understanding for computing principles and logic. ● Designed a website interface using HTML and CSS. ● Practical Assignment - using Requirement Gathering Techniques, I had to document Hollway’s Ltd current Paper Flow Inventory System and propose an alternative IT solution. ● Using Workshops, Lean thinking and ERDs, I mapped and removed non-value-added steps and realigned the company processes. ● On completion, I had to pitch the new system to a panel of judges. ● This helped me gain an early insight into business process analysis and system architecture.
Work & Experience
● Lead Business Analyst on the delivery of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) programmes. ● Acted as Product SME for Cisiv’s REMS capabilities. ● Capturing customer requirements and translating into internal documentation in line with company procedures. ● Writing Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. ● Attended all scrum ceremonies and worked closely with Cisiv’s development team managing the implementation of changes/fixes. ● Instigating development code freeze, demonstrating changes to external stakeholders/customers, monitoring UAT phase and gathering end user feedback. Resulting in a prioritisation and review phase for input into future sprints. ● Performed End-to-End product acceptance and documenting findings in Testrail. ● Conducted release activities such as the creation of release notes, updating training materials and demonstrating changes to internal stakeholders. ● Played a significant role in the creation and maintenance of the team's product roadmap and ensured concise weekly updates were provided in an effective and timely manner. ● Liaised extensively with internal stakeholders, contract research organisations (CRO’s), external contracted development teams and third party software providers (Including overseas) during all stages of the SDLC. ● Solely responsible for Cisiv’s internal development team’s backlog and the planning of upcoming sprint’s in-line with the wider product team's release plan. ● Ensured company policy was adhered to when delivering product and project enhancements/fixes.
● Lead BA on Thrifty's new internal Distribution Management system. ● Worked extensively on the delivery of a Vehicle Inspection Mobile solution which required integration between two 3rd party systems and our Internal Fleet Management system. ● Contributed to a company wide process review identifying ‘As is’ and ‘To be’ business processes. ● Conducted a Time and Motion study on Thrifty's internal call centre. With the collected data, we analysed, concluded and made a variety of recommendations directly to the companies directors. ● Developed my interpersonal skills, communication and my ability to translate technical matters effectively with SMEs, managers and seniors. ● Participated in weekly release prioritisation before preparing and completing UAT with internal and external stakeholders. ● Project Managed the end-to-end lifecycle on multiple Business Change and IT projects. ● Covered the role of Applications Support which consisted of 2nd line technical support and acted as SME for all Thrifty system integration. ● Introduced a variety of daily system security checks which enabled us to tender to corporate clients. ● Responsible for the on-boarding of new team members.
