HEY YOU! For our team, we are now looking for a full-time or part-time backend developer production (m/f/d) at our production site in Bergkirchen near Munich or remotely . If you are passionate about backend development with PHP in your own infrastructure and are keen to be very close to the production of our photo products, then apply to us! We are continuing to grow and have lots of exciting projects for you!

We are MYPOSTER, a successful e-commerce company in premium digital printing and still in the fast lane! Because we are not only experts in online business, but we have also been producing all products ourselves since 2011 with the help of our now 350 employees.

YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You are part of a currently 4-person development team and rock the implementation of new projects and features in our production
  • You coordinate closely with the project managers and production staff and can check your project success live
  • You analyse existing processes and develop software solutions to optimise production processes by contributing your own ideas and successfully implementing them
  • You ensure seamless communication between different systems by developing and integrating interfaces (APIs)
  • You play an active role in the continuous improvement of our software and our modern tech stack

  • Backend: Symfony Framework, Zend Framework, Doctrine, PHP8, Composer, RabbitMQ, Redis
  • Tests: PHPUnit, PEST
  • Hosting: Docker Swarm, hosted locally at the production sites
  • Logging and monitoring: Graylog, Prometheus
  • Continuous integration: GitHub
  • Versioning: GitHub
  • Documentation: Confluence

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training in computer science or a comparable subject 
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a backend developer in an agile environment 
  • You have a great interest in our production environment and the processes there
  • You love working both independently and in a team
  • You speak fluent German (min. B2 level)
