To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced CRO Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization) who will further develop our conversion strategies and optimize them through precise data analysis.

Your task

  • Analysis and optimization of the conversion rate across all digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc.)
  • Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and improve the customer journey
  • Creating analyses and reports based on data to identify trends, problems and opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing, UX/UI and development teams to improve the user experience
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer behavior and website performance through the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar analysis programs
  • Implementation of conversion measures and continuous development of our digital channels

Your profile

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar and other web analytics and CRO tools
  • Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (advantageous)
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply
