Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced and committed specialist (m/f/d) in the area of ​​customer support. As part of our customer experience team, you will process all incoming support requests for our customers. You will also work on the customer journey and the optimization of the various touch points on a daily basis.

Your task

  • You are the first and central contact for our customers
  • You handle all incoming support requests via telephone, chat, email and social media
  • You are responsible for monitoring the various rating platforms
  • You update and maintain our internal database
  • You take over the reporting as Voice of the Customer in the support area
  • You are responsible for solving customer problems, complaint management and escalation of complex issues
  • You provide product-related information and advice on our products and services
  • You ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and customer-oriented communication

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer support or customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and oral
  • High level of service orientation and the ability to empathically understand and effectively resolve customer concerns
  • Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with other departments
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications
