What will your day-to-day life be like?
Leading the IT Workplace team, your responsibility will be to effectively manage all aspects of IT within UVE, to ensure that systems, devices, software, networks and technology resources are secure, efficient and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Constantly assess the technological needs of the company and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the implementation of cross-cutting projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Maintenance and preparation of operational documentation for both the department and the projects implemented.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, software and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and GDPR regulations, implementing policies and procedures to protect company and customer data.
- Provide technical support to company employees and users, solving hardware, software and network problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Management of the department’s resources.
- Leading the team, managing the performance and development.
Our profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Additional certifications in project management and IT security are really valued.
- 3 years of experience as IT Director/Manager
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, IT security and project management.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
- Results-oriented and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Level of professional English
