For our team, we are now looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) at our location in the heart of Munich and with a changing workplace at our production site in Bergkirchen (near Munich) who loves first and second level support and rocks our infrastructure together with the team! YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You manage our first and second level support (phone, email, Slack and ticket system) so that all employees can give their all onsite and remotely every day
  • You will also process requests from our production staff, for example regarding printers, scanners, and Raspberrys, and roll out and install images
  • You are independently responsible for our Windows administration: from (server) installations, updates, current security guidelines, NPS introduction to Radius, you are our expert
  • To ensure that our new employees have a great start, can open their laptop and get started right away, you manage all issues related to onboarding as well as offboarding and crossboarding processes of employees
  • In addition, you will work actively with the system administration team on the following topics: telephone setups as well as call forwarding and redirections, Datev updates, Tableau updates, backup control and much more.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in first and second level support
  • You have the following knowledge: Windows 10client, Server Windows 2012 R2 – 2019, Windows Security (hardening of hardware and software e.g. via policies), Active Directory group policies, Firewall Linux / Sophos, Switch Configs, Monitoring, Software packaging munki Mac or JAMF, Windows e.g. Emco
  • You speak very good German (min. C1 level ) and good English (min. B2 level) in order to be able to understand and answer your colleagues’ inquiries
