As a Product Manager at arculus, you will be responsible for the product-market fit of our software solution, fabman, taking care of its three modules: modular production management, fleet management and warehouse management. You will drive the product development process interacting with stakeholders across the organisation and reporting directly to the CEO.
Your tasks will include:
Taking ownership of the value and viability of fabman as a product
Continuous improvement of the product
Facing our customers to understand the pain points and expectations, transforming the information from customers into solid product vision and translating that into viable product features
Driving cross-functional outcomes and accumulating knowledge from key stakeholders: development, commercial, project management, customer success teams
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product owner creating web, mobile, or SaaS products (B2B or B2C). Software development background is a plus
Experience in launching customer-facing products from scratch
Excellent communication and networking skills
Comfortable with technical terminologies and working with engineering teams
Fluent German and English
