HEY YOU! At our location in the heart of Munich, we are now looking for a full-time or part-time QA Manager / Software Tester (m/f/d) who will be involved in the development of new products & features from the very beginning and who simply doesn’t miss a thing! If you love manual testing and want to use your skills to play a key role in shaping development, then this is your new role!

We are MYPOSTER, a successful e-commerce company in premium digital printing and software development is at the heart of what we do – everything is programmed in-house by our developers. And tested by QA! Our work begins with the first concept meetings and ends with testing before each launch. We use different tools, devices and platforms and always keep an eye on edge cases.

YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You enthusiastically test our MYPOSTER online shop or our mobile app manually – you simply don’t miss anything!
  • You work independently on your test area; organize or create test data and check our features on different devices
  • You derive test cases from concepts, carry out acceptance tests and then document your test results
  • You are responsible for the implementation and optimization of existing regression tests, drive test automation and push continuous delivery
  • You rock our quality assurance processes and continuously optimize them with your own ideas
  • You are an integral part of our well-coordinated testing team, contribute to our joint development and take part in all Scrum meetings
  • Optionally, you will also write E2E tests with Cypress – if you don’t know how to do it yet, we’ll be happy to teach you!

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in software testing and already experience in quality management
  • Manual testing is one of your core competencies
  • You love to think out-of-the-box and find edge cases that no one else thinks of
  • You are familiar with quality assurance plans as well as test methods and test strategies 
  • You have an eye for details, find quality defects and have an inner urge to constantly improve things
  • You have a good understanding of agile principles and their practical implementation in projects, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • You are an absolute team player and love the close exchange with colleagues
  • You speak fluent German (min. B2 level)
