We are a dynamic company in the e-commerce sector and are looking for a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. With a clear focus on growth and innovation, we strive to optimize our online presence through targeted marketing strategies. As a Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on paid ads in the area of ​​Google and search engine marketing (SEM), you will help maximize the visibility of our brands and products in search results and generate qualified traffic through paid ads.

Your task

  • You are responsible for the operational management, implementation and optimization of all SEA accounts with a focus on the Google area including keyword research and budget management
  • Insights, analyses and optimizations of the Cold-Friendly Offer to continuously increase performance
  • Continuous improvement of existing SEA accounts, including setup, budgeting, bidding strategies, keyword optimization and ad design
  • Maintaining the required gross margin to cover the company’s fixed and variable costs and ensure growth.
  • You work very closely with our other departments from Brand Management, Category Management, Creative and much more 

Your profile

  • A completed training in the field of marketing communication or a completed degree in the field of economics, sales or marketing
  • Proven experience in Google Ads and search engine marketing
  • at least 3-4 years of professional experience in online / performance marketing with a focus on SEA / paid ads
  • Interest in new online trends
  • Good MS Office knowledge and knowledge of CRM tools
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent German and English
