Job Description

Your task

  • Shop management: Independent support and further development of our Shopify-based online shops
  • Shop optimization: analysis and improvement of the customer journey, increase in conversion rate and optimization of user-friendliness and loading times
  • Product Management: Maintaining the product catalog, including pricing, product descriptions, inventory management and promotions
  • App Integration: Implementing and managing Shopify apps to improve store functionality and customer experience
  • SEO & Marketing: Close collaboration with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, create landing pages and campaign management
  • Analysis & Reporting: Creation of regular reports on shop performance, customer data and sales figures to derive optimization potential
  • Technical Support: Contact for technical questions related to Shopify and third-party integration

Your profile

  • Experience managing Shopify stores, including Shopify Plus (desirable)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Liquid for minor adjustments and personalizations
  • Good analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar tools to optimize shop performance
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing, e.g. SEO, SEA, social media marketing and email marketing
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and the willingness to work in a dynamic environment and contribute innovative ideas
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
