We are now looking for you at our location in the heart of Munich as a Team Lead Content Marketing (m/f/d) in full or part time .
We are MYPOSTER, a successful e-commerce company in premium digital printing and still in the fast lane! Because we are not only experts in online business, but we have also been producing all products ourselves since 2011 with the help of our now over 350 employees.
YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT
- You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the content marketing team and report directly to our CMO
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the content on all MYPOSTER websites – from the homepage to the product pages and the online shop, for all our markets: DACH region, France, Italy, Spain, BENELUX, Liechtenstein & USA
- You develop and are responsible for cross-country campaign and offer planning and lead the process with your team from development to the live version on our websites
- With great content and creative, innovative onsite campaigns, you can increase website traffic and maximize conversion rates
- You analyze the performance of past campaigns and draw conclusions for future campaigns
- You optimize content and campaigns hands-on on all our devices – whether customers are on the website, on our mobile site or in the app, the experience is always perfect
- You create cool campaign ideas and briefings for our creative team and coordinate the technical implementation for new features, functions or products with our product managers
- Even if our onsite business is your focus, you like to think outside the box and implement offsite campaigns (e.g. package inserts) or set up really good cooperations with partners
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in content marketing for an e-commerce company or agency
- Ideally, you have already gained some management experience or you would like to develop into a management role with us
- At the same time, you enjoy being involved in day-to-day operations
- You have an eye for all the details, are able to structure yourself well and react quickly to unexpected situations
- You have a keen sense for language and the interplay of text and image
- You are eloquent and speak German at C2 level and fluent English
- Additional language skills, especially French, are a strong plus
