HEY YOU! For our development team we are now looking for a Team Lead DevOps (m/f/d) in full or part time at our location in the heart of Munich .

Software development is the heart of MYPOSTER – everything is programmed in-house by our 30 developers! From planning new microservices to optimizing our AWS Kubernetes cluster, our cloud architects and DevOps engineers are involved everywhere. This gives you varied tasks and gives you an insight into many areas of the company. Automation, continuous integration, deployment processes, infrastructure as code and testing play a major role for us.

YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You will lead our team of Cloud Architects and DevOps Engineers
  • You define the DevOps and cloud strategy and continuously drive its implementation
  • You are an AWS and Kubernetes expert and use your knowledge optimally
  • You are responsible for planning new services and microservices to ensure smooth operations
  • You consistently automate all your activities and work according to Infrastructure as Code
  • You support our software developers (BE and FE) in the integration of existing and new applications
  • You are in close contact with the other leads and the CTO

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You already have many years of experience in the cloud and DevOps area and a deep understanding of the underlying concepts and technologies
  • You have gained initial experience in the technical management of a DevOps team and are happy to take responsibility for your area of ​​responsibility
  • You are very familiar with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm Charts
  • You love complex systems and tasks
  • You have already acquired good scripting and automation skills, e.g. Bash scripting, Makefile, etc.
  • Continuous integration & deployment are no problem for you
  • You enjoy continuously improving our infrastructure and proactively contribute ideas
  • You are also familiar with a programming language (e.g. Python, Go, PHP)
  • You like to think outside the box and take us there with your relaxed and convincing manner
