HEY YOU! We are now looking for a full-time or part-time team leader for backend software development (m/f/d) for our team at our production site in Bergkirchen near Munich . If you are passionate about managing employees, love backend software and are keen to be very close to the production of our photo products, then apply to us! We are MYPOSTER, a successful e-commerce company in premium digital printing and still in the fast lane! Because we are not only experts in online business, but we have also been producing all products ourselves since 2011 with the help of our now 350 employees.

YOUR TASKS – WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT

  • You want to lead our backend team in production, develop the employees further and build up the team
  • You and your team are responsible for the software for production control – from order entry to prioritization to processing, everything is programmed by us
  • You coordinate the software-side implementation of our projects in production, e.g. the connection of new systems, transport service providers and B2B customers via API or the control of workflows
  • You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our software and code hands-on to actively support your team (20-50% of your time, as needed)
  • You are involved in all optimizations of production and report directly to the management, get to know all important decisions first hand and can get involved

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training in computer science or a comparable subject 
  • You have several years of professional experience as a backend developer in an agile environment 
  • You have already managed employees and enjoy managing a team
  • You are interested in new technologies and trends and bring them to your team
  • You are very interested in our production environment and can see the results of your work live on site at the machines
