🧑🏻‍💻 About the role
Our product and revenue are growing. That is why, we are looking for an addition to our R&D product engineering division, consisting of B2B, B2C, Connectivity, and Payment families. Currently, the B2B family involves 5 well-performing teams, with the plan to grow to 40 engineers by the end of this year and to double our talent pool in 2022.

This is a great position for an experienced software development manager who would like to bring his/her career to the next level, become a distinguished leader and benefit from our growth. We expect you to dedicate 2/3 of your talent to the business and teams leadership, and 1/3 to technical solutions.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it will fall within the following areas:


Leading the B2B product engineering family of multiple engineering teams.
Having the people-first approach.
Managing the engineering team leaders, defining their goals, responsibilities, providing feedback!
Being the main point of contact representing the family in cross-organizational technical matters.
Growing, coaching and developing the family to scale and meet the business needs.
Acting as a hiring manager, recruiting especially senior members of the family.
Aiming for stable and predictable teams' composition.
Help the teams to set the right priorities, keep them focused, minimizing noise.


Contributing to strategy and the roadmap of B2B family.
Understanding the product and defining the best viable adoption/integration option for the B2B enterprise sector.
Defining functional quality standards and making sure they're followed. Adjusting the balance between velocity and quality.
Overseeing the roadmap execution and ensuring successful delivery.
Analyzing the existing delivery efficiency metrics/indicators (time to value/lead time, roadmap contribution, sprint success, epics delivery).
Performing regular team health checks.


Being a stakeholder in terms of both business and technical decisions on top of B2B SaaS architecture.
Deep cooperation with Product Managers.
Being a partner to your engineering director peers.
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:


8+ years experience in Software Engineering, with a recognized track of leadership experience.
Experience with B2B SaaS products both from the customer side and from the design side, high level understanding of their typical components like reporting, auditing, user and role management, authorization, etc.
Deep understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle as well as agile principles and methodologies.
Proficient communication and presentation skills in English. Mastery in remote communication.


Product mindset, understanding of product management principles applied to engineering teams.
Ability to handle your managerial responsibilities. Superb prioritization skills.
Passion for learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Highly open and transparent mind.
Driving continuous improvements among all teams.
Coaching mentality with the willingness to lead and drive R&D initiatives.
